Did you know that Desert Storm Elite’s nationally ranked gym is for EVERYONE? If you thought that you needed to have previous cheerleading, gymnastics or tumbling experience to try out for a team. Think again! Desert Storm, the premiere cheerleading gym in the valley, welcomes ALL AGES AND SKILL LEVELS! So don’t worry if you can’t do a round-off, cartwheel or have never cheered before, WE CAN TEACH YOU! We have more teams and skill levels than other programs in the valley, which allows us to find just the right fit for you! YOU WILL BE PLACED ON A TEAM!

-We have the experienced staff and skills to succeed! We value building the program from the ground up. Our Program Director works 7 days a week to provide EVERY cheerleader with quality preparation, not just focusing on our highest level of cheerleaders.
-Desert Storm offers traveling teams as well as “local only” competition teams. Traditionally, all of Desert Storm’s teams have traveled out of state, some more than others. This year, girls who try out for Storm Teams can choose whether to be part of the traveling teams or choose to compete in local competitions only this way each family can decide for themselves how much time they can afford. If you have friends or family members who have been considering cheering but have not been competing because of the travel, now is the time for them to join. All registration forms will provide for a place for families to indicate their travel preference.
-Positions on teams are earned through hard work and practice. Once positions are earned, the only place to go is up! We don’t move cheerleaders down in level based on performance; instead we work with them to perfect their skills! Cheerleaders who gain new skills and make significant progress may be moved into higher level teams as positions become available! We recognize and value your abilities at DSE!
-Our prices are the best! When compared to other gyms, Desert Storm offers more hours of instruction for less cost. Desert Storm’s monthly tuition is under $175 for 6+ hours of practice per week, while most of our competitors are charging $200+ per month.
-Brand new, fully Air-Conditioned, facility in Scottsdale seconds away from the Loop 101 freeway is convenient from anywhere in the valley!

Things you will need to bring with you:
1) A copy of your birth certificate (if you weren’t on a Storm Team last year)
2) A parent or guardian to fill out a registration form.
3) Tryout fee (cash, check or credit card).
4) Comfortable work out clothes, with your hair up, and no jewelry.
5) A positive attitude and desire to have fun!
-Please note: NO FOOD or GUM is allowed in the gym. We have water fountains and sports drinks are available for purchase. You may also bring your own water bottles that have a cap.
